Who we are?
DEEP C Industrial Zones is a Belgian developer and operator of an Industrial zone and port infrastructure cluster in Haiphong and Quang Ninh province. The story began in 1997 with the development of DEEP C Haiphong I. Over the past 25 years, it has constantly expanded to three industrial zones in Haiphong and two in Quang Ninh, forming DEEP C industrial zone cluster covering 3,400 hectares at the epicenter of the region’s manufacturing and infrastructure boom, with proximity to the international airport, deep seaport, and extended expressway network.
What will you do?
A Project Development Technical Assistant will be responsible for…
•Follow up and undertake the process of DMPs, Basic designs, F/S and other procedures relating and supportive for DMPs and construction for Projects of DEEP C;
•Follow up and undertake the Project licensing process which include Permits/licenses, Investment registration certificate, Business registration.
•Work and maintain relationship with State authorities, consultants, related parties in connection with Item 1, 2, 3 above and Company’s activities.
•Prepare and monitor reports, documents, contracts and letters relating to project licensing process and approval process of DMPs, Basic designs, F/S;
•Supervising the compliance to the approved DMP, IZ Internal Rules and Construction Permit of the clients’ construction works.
•Support land team for land compensation works and other issues relating to land.
