- Solve problems arising in the factory as well as customer feedback.
- Conducting a condition assessment in production to provide optimal running conditions to respond customer&039;s requirements.
- Research and make improvements related to sample analysis and maintenance of lab equipment
- Having ideas in production to improve Yield / Cost / Productivity of the factory.

- When entering to the company, the employees shall be signed the two-month probation contract with the company. If the employees pass the probation time, the employees shall be signed the first 12-month definite labor contract with the company.
