Performance Controller

Purpose of the role:

• To assist CEO in having better insights and understanding of business process, so that appropriate actions can be taken to address and improve the business operations
• To help improve on documentation and process flow through formalization of procedures
• To control implementation well to prevent any issue happen

Specific duties & tasks:

• Specific analysis on any subject which requires immediate improvements to provide rationale solution after team discussion with regards to performance improvement of processes or methods/tools
• Look and Identify all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure that it is updated to the latest methods. If none, then write a SOP with regards task. Ensure that all departments are practicing the same methodology to ensure consistency.
• Perform market analyzes
• Build/Optimize/Improve the process of all teams
• Assist in tracking and controlling cost within budget

• At least 3 years in business analyses and recommendation for improvement
• Strong analytical skills
• Teamwork in transversal teams
• Result achieving in difficult environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence, to manage, and drive change within the organization
• Good English communication
