Performance Marketing Executive

Be the digital expert to setup, monitor, optimise campaigns.
Exploring innovative ways to drive greater conversion through navigation of ad formats, mechanics, and user funnels.
Plan, setup and optimise “always-on” digital advertising channels for all markets.
Monitor and optimise channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives around quality and scale.
Support in formulating quarter plans, strategies and budgets for performance marketing.
Own all performance targets and budgets across a marketing objective such as new user acquisition or cross-sell.
Work with stakeholders to drive integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL.
Conceptualise, develop, and test evergreen and dynamic creative to improve performance.
Report on key metrics, learnings and marketing campaigns with stakeholders.

Have excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on knowledge of planning & buying digital media on self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, 3rd Party Networks.
Good with numbers, analytical minded and possesses great problem-solving skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, marketing, mass communications or other advertising subjects preferred.
Performance-driven and direct-response minded when it comes to concepting and optimising performance creative.
Familiar with app user acquisition and basic tracking/attribution logic and tech platforms.
3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing or similar field.
Self-starter with a great learning attitude, able to learn and pick up new capabilities fast.
Experience in media and campaign planning, execution and presentation.
