Performance Marketing Leader

• FA Marketing team oversees the entire global marketing functions to drive automotive of FPT Automotive globally and the measurement of increased ROI and contribute to sales growth.
• As part of this broader group,
Performance Marketer
will be the main person in charge with digital and other performance marketing tasks. You will provide strategic digital & performance marketing guidance the team. You will also oversee the progress of digital implementation to assure it is aligned with Marketing masterplan of the company.
• Performance Marketer’s goal and mission is to ensure that all the activities within his/her tasks is aimed to deliver the desirable outcome to our organization to develop efficient strategies and tactics to improve revenue influenced pipeline via MKT Activities.
• We are looking for a Key Program Specialist to be responsible for organizing assigned programs and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing Key programs to support the organization’s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.
Our ideal candidate would have:
• University Degree in Business or Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences and Social Sciences and project subject related area would be desirable, but it is not a requirement.
• Proven experience as a Digital/Performance Marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS PowerPoint, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
• Experience working with agencies and international organizations, preferred.
• Good problem- solving ability
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or programmer experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork spirit.

• Develop and implement digital/automation plan, work plans including monitoring and evaluating success metrics globally.
• Establishes, builds, and sustains effective relationships within the work unit and with Internal Stake Holders
• Manage budget & operation of assigned tasks and proper implementation.
• Assist in the preparation, filing, compilation and dissemination of documents/materials relating to the program.
• Process sales data, leads follow up, and keep track sales pipeline to advise innovative ideas to contribute to leads gen marketing activities,
• Demonstrates good knowledge of information technology and applies it to work assignments.
• Work with vendors to build and run company digital assets: Websites, LinkedIn, etc.
• Run digital campaigns such as SEO, Digital advertising, etc.
• Responds to Mangers/External agency needs promptly.
Language: Advance in English with strong writing, speaking (IELTs 6.0+)
