Performance Marketing Specialist (800-1200 USD) - Urgent

●Develop acquisition channel strategy and run always-on campaign operations and optimization for multiple products
●Manage and optimize campaign budget effectively across multiple channels, especially SEM
●Plan and execute successful digital marketing campaigns and tactics to drive online traffic and leads; incorporate a range of techniques including paid search, display, retargeting and banner ads to drive leads and conversions
●Campaign management – manage ongoing placement of advertising and traffic generation initiatives
●Strategize and create A/B testing and re-marketing tactics for any campaign to achieve optimal performance
●Develop and maintain good relationship with traffic partners
●Work closely with Content Manager and other departments to ensure overall traffic and conversion targets are met
●Analyze and produce actionable channel performance reports regularly to ensure continuous data-driven optimization
