PG Supervisor

* Overall
- Lead and manage PG team effectively.
- Deliver KPIs of PG Supervisor
- Work closely with Trade Marketing team, Marketing team, Sales team for excellent execution.
- Build competent and result-oriented PG team through coaching and mentoring.
- Assure the PG coverage on field.
* Planning & Monitoring
- Weekly submit work-plan to Trade Marketing Manager.
- Prepare materials for weekly meeting.
- On-job coaching for PG.
- Motivate and support PG to achieve targets.
- Follow-up daily activities as well as promotion program
- Field check every working day to ensure the quality of NA's performance.
- Update information of competitor’s program, outlet and NA to upper manager.
* Meeting and Report
- Check and ensure the accuracy of reports submitted by PG.
- Submit reports as timeline
- Attend weekly meeting with PG and upper management team.
- Attend all training courses as required.
* Other requirements
- Proactively find and introduce candidates from competitor
- Keep the good relationship with retailers and distributor
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager and other high-level managers
- Other administration task as required

- Education: College/ University graduated
- Working experience: Experience in services/FMCG industry.

- Ownership and good problem solving skill
- Training skill and advanced demonstration skill
- Leadership and strong communication skill
- Basic English skill
- Computer skill: MS, Internet
