Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Pharmacy Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Pharmacy Store Manager in the overall management of the pharmacy store, including maintaining an accurate inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Pharmacy Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ensure that all pharmacy operations are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all prescription and over-the-counter medications, medical supplies, and other products sold in the pharmacy store.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting customers with questions about medications, drug interactions, and prescription refills.
• Assist with the hiring, training, and supervision of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other support personnel.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Store Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures for the pharmacy store.
• Manage the pharmacy store's finances, including monitoring revenue and expenses, and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy store, ensuring that all products are properly stored and displayed.
• Other responsibilities include support new Franchise startup and support to ensure they comply with Circa standards and brand requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Valid state pharmacy license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting, including experience in inventory management and customer service.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for pharmacy operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications used in pharmacy operations.
