Working closely with HR department, Sales department and Academic Supervisor to complete teacher recruitment plan, conduct training/ workshop to teachers/ TAs and maintaining Teaching Quality Management (TQM).
Develop and improve English curriculum in accordance to the need of the education market and the company’s mission, vision and method.
Developing and improving the curriculum
Working with teachers to implement new curriculum when needed.
Studying the needs of the learners and developing the right materials for them.
Designing replacement tests, monthly tests and their answer key sets accordingly.
Designing, updating the cross curriculum regularly.
Creating the instructional strategies, sample lesson plans, suggesting teaching aids for teachers.
Evaluating the existing curriculum to add any supplements
Design projects and enrichments programme for students.
Designing syllabus for corporate programs.
Establishing TQM procedures and executing the TQM
Liaising with Academic Supervisor making teacher- observation plans.
Observing and assessing the teachers’ lessons, the teachers’ preparation for classes.
Working with Academic Supervisor to implement new curriculum when needed.
Organising and /or conducting related workshops for teachers and staff when needed.
Working with Academic Supervisor setting up and following the TQM procedures
Support to give feedback to carry on the teachers performance appraisal.
Organising regular meetings with teachers to answer their concerns about issues related to the content of the programme.
Liaising with the HR department to recruit teachers.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience in the position of Program Development, Program Coordinator, Schedule Management, Academic...
Work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
Negotiation skills
Have a good English background.
Consciously proactively update trends and new technologies to apply at work.
Able to work well independently and in a team.
Excellent communication skills
Have a high level of presentation, discussion and proposal skills
Graduated from College/University majoring in Foreign Languages/Pedagogy or related majors;
Ability to prioritize; work under pressure and deadline pressure.
