[Pho 24] Business Analyst

Main Purpose: Manage and analyze financial data to ensure that provided business insights timely and accurately to help the company meet annual Board approved plan, and also to maximize company's resources
* Working Relationship:
- BU Head
- Head of Department/Function
- Corporate Finance Team
- Financial Institutes
- Auditors
* Key Accountabilities:
- Sale Data Management & Analysis (20%)
+ Daily and monthly update sales reports
+ Support operation to perform sales analysis as requested
- Managerment Reports/ Analysis for BU Head (30%)
+ Monthly and quarterly prepare management reports for business review
+ Monthly review BU financial statement and provide explanation for unusual variances
+ Other analysis works as requested
+ Ensure no material differences between management report and audited report
- Manaherment Reports/ Analysis for Shareholder (20%)
+ Weekly and monthly sales reports in shareholder's templates
+ Monthly prepare financial reports under shareholder's required layouts
+ Prepare related data for Board presentation
- Budgeting (15%)
+ Support BU Head to prepare and revise detailed annual Plan
+ Monthly analyze actual peformance vs. approved Plan
+ Prepare tracking budget based on approved budget
- Other (15%)
+ Provide information for lenders / potential investors
+ Other data and ad-hoc analysis as requested

* Education:
- Degree in BA, Major in Finance/ Accounting/ Auditing
- CFA level I is a plus
- Nice to have CPA VN and Chief Accountant Certification
* Experience:
- 4+ years in Finance industry with at least 2 Year as Business Analyst or Management Accountant or Investment analyst
- Professional services experience from a Big 4 firm is a plus
* Work related skills
- Strong modeling and presenting skill
- SUN system and NetSuite experiences is a plus
- Strong analytical and business insights
- Good at English (directly report to Vietnamese expat)
