[Phở 24] Expansion Executive - F&B Chain

* Main Purpose:

- Acquire new locations and conduct the process of new contract negotiation & coordination with Site Development Committee to achieve targeted new stores as well as landlord’s relationship for renewal/ closured contract as targeted nationalwide.
* Key Accountabilities:

* Market survey

- Market research and always stay updated on the latest market trends

- To write and/ or assist to compose market reports/ comps and coordinate new quarterly market overviews

* Contracting

- Find out the contract terms which conflict to contract standards.

- Undertake tenancy negotiations for new tenancies, renewals of tenancies or termination.

* New Store Opening (NSOs)

- Coordinate and support closely with the relevant departments on the relating NSO process.

- Develop good relationship with shopping malls, retail agencies...

- Proactively establish, maintain and develop good rapport with all landlords/ government for construction license

* Retail Operation

- Consistently conduct feasibility study on the performance of the outlets and to propose solutions for improvements to ensure positive returns

- Act as key contact point between operations and stakeholders (external and internal) to ensure smooth operation in zone

* Others

- Team admin works

* Experience

- Experience ~2 year in retailing / leasing as Sales/Leasing for real estate, shopping mall, etc. are the most preferable.

- Professional and amicable working environment.

- Work under pressure of project timing.

- Issues constantly coming from increasing store system.

- Work with government and various types of landlords.

* Work related skills

- Good at English & Vietnamese both written and verbal communication

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
