[Pho 24] Store Marketing Leader - F&B Chain

Roll out approved New Store Opening/ LCM plan with team members and make sure perfect execution at stores
Daily/ Weekly report to Brand Manager real-time execution at stores/ program effectiveness/ Store & guest feedbacks
Put together detailed New Store Opening/ LCM plan by Store after receiving brief from Brand Manager
Brief & Work with Activation agency to Roll out New Store Opening plan as scheduled
In partnership with District Managers implement the stores marketing communication strategy based on the marketing plan, store commercial priorities and local market/consumer insights
Propose New ideas for LCM/ Activation to improve low performing stores
Supervise team members’ execution and Work schedule at stores

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Hospitality Management...
Experience

Must be 3-5 year experience in silmilar position
F&B/ Retail working experience prefered
Proven project management and executional ability delivered through teams
