Mô tả công việc

  • Conduct efficiently organization and individual needs analyses, designs/develops in-house development solutions and/or researches.
  • Collaborate effectively with Department Heads and Leaders to prepare and assist with creating performance management, skills building and career progression programs and initiatives.
  • Create competency models, success profiles and partners with People. Development Operations on career path maps, as well as development programs.
  • Serve as a facilitator for training such as Leadership and OD programs to ensure effectiveness as yearly plan.
  • Support initiatives to reinforce organization culture and values to improve corporate engagement and performance.
  • Partner with People Development Operations to design and execute annual performance management process as needed.
  • Be proactive in related OD initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant and progressively more responsible work experience is required.
  • It is a plus for candidates to have experience in leading project or team.
  • Acknowledge in KPI set up and implementation.
  • Strong verbal and written (Vietnamese & English) communication and organizational skills and sensitivity to cultural issues is required.
  • Good communication skill, critical thinking skill.
