PHP Developer (Wordpress/ Laravel)

Supporting various business units in adherence to in-depth user questions and any issues that may arise following production, integration and support processes.
Mentor and support other junior software developers and team members.
Completing software development work in alignment with the software development lifecycle (application design, coding, code review, and testing).
Work with Product Owner/Business Analytics to provide speedy resolution for escalated business requirements.
Improve application functionality, performance, reliability and scalability.

Over 7 years of experience building complex, high-traffic websites with Wordpress and custom PHP.
Expertise in creating and implementing custom themes and plugins.
Strong CSS capabilities with attention to design details.
Strong front end skills including solid experience with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript libraries such as Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.
Experience with planning, designing, testing, and building multimedia WordPress sites.
Experienced in connecting Wordpress to third-party services using RESTful APIs and plugins.
Nice to have
Previous experience deploying web apps using Google Cloud or AWS stacks.
Experience managing projects and deployments with Bitbucket and JIRA/Confluence
