- Analyze failures and improve downtime performance.
- Daily technical operations of the show specialised equipment, staffing, budgeting and overall managing of the Show Control operations. Preventative, Corrective and Optimisation Maintenance.
- Execute the daily operations, including the daily show control and management of show technicians & show recovery.
- Management of Show Control Systems (i.e. Medialon, Watchout & Artnet systems) - Operation, programming, reprogramming, updates to the main show and special events.
- Ensuring Technical and Show Control staff are able and sufficiently trained to ensure a high level of Safety, Service, Show and Efficiency. Provide additional training where needed. Including cross training across show engineer & technician disciplines.

- Facilitating onboarding training and developing ongoing training for all Department Staff, to ensure all Team Members are able to carry out their jobs effectively and as per with all Company policies, Manufacturer requirements, safety requirements and SOPs.
- Coordinate and ensure the daily operations of the show are in accordance with Sun World standards and requirements, Show Producers guidelines, Vietnamese law/ regulations.
- Responsibility for show control operation & show recovery.
- Ensuring all reporting requirements are undertaken (daily reports, corrective action / maintenance reports, incident reports, etc).
- Control Medialon Software - Operation, programming, reprogramming, updates to the show and special events.
- Assisting in role modelling, assessing, coaching and guiding Department Managers and other Team Members.
- Controls, keeps tracks of and prepares budgets for required equipment, staffing and other operational requirements.
- Manage team goals (KPI‘s), Financial Targets / Budgets, Project Teams, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensures coordination between the Show Control Departments and handover of attractions and/or facilities from project team / maintenance team and reports on deficiencies.
