Mô tả công việc


•Direct handling import activities: vehicle for sale, material for Vehicle & Engine plant’s production, equipment for fix asset and all the abnormal cargoes imported;
•Manage & follow up the import type E31 & A12 consistent for material management report & tax re-fund;
•Control & processing directly import activities:
- Import duty management tax re-fund CO follow up and timely;
- Provide customer service level/On time delivery (case fill rate) as per targets set in SOW & KPI;
•Identify potential risks and giving best solutions with current law;
•Improve clearance processing and related processing;
•Import logistics cost manage in efficiency in term of on-time delivery.

Yêu cầu công việc


•2 years experience in im-export and logistics fields with same level;
•Proficient in English speaking and writing communications;
•Excellent in Words, Excel (Fomular, chart, Pivot) & PowerPoint;
•Proactive, detail & customer-oriented, time management, negotiation & problem solving skills, and focus on result;
•Ability to work under pressure.
