Planning and Control Engineer

•Develop vehicle control system for vehicle control, motion planning and path planning.
•Develop vehicle kinetics, dynamics model and behavior model under complex scenarios.
•Design and solve practical control problems through kinetics model simulation and analysis.
•Develop motion planning and path planning, including behavior planning, trajectory optimization, planning under uncertainty, data-driven methods and model-based methods.
•Develop and integrate vehicle drive-by-wire.

Preferred Skills
•Hands-on working experience with behavior planning, path planning, motion planning, trajectory optimization, model predictive control, optimal control.
•Experience in computational geometry and probabilistic robotics.
•Excellent in math (geometry, linear algebra, probability), control (kinematics, dynamics), and optimal control.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
•Show attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
•Familiar with ADAS and autonomous driving system
•Familiar with automotive system (component and vehicle level)
•Good communication skills in English
•Excellent in C++/C/Python programming and with robust, safety-critical, production code
•BS degree or above in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
