Planning and Controlling Manager

Construct the strategies, plan

Brainstorming for strategy, concept idea, roadmap & effective schedule for overall division developing plan
Building & working closely to implement plan with all BUs with detailed taskforces, timelines, and resources

Planning & controlling

Coordinate with functional departments to implement work by collaborating human/material resources internally or with other departments.
Coordinate with functional departments to deploy approval company plans for functional to make detailed work plans annually accordance with general objectives of the Company
Organize to implement work to complete the order from BUs and other internal parties to carry out assigned works as scheduled
Coordinate with departments in deciding and agreeing on targets set for each improvement process.

Validate the compliance of Process and Standards

Audit and validate the compliance to System processes and Standards for all stages of project development activities
Support & coordinate with each functional department for evaluating and improve Processes and Standards
Support & coordinate with each functional department for preparing the report/ assessment of Center of Excellence expertise

Background /Experience

From 06 - 10 years of work experience of which at least 5 years in planning for large businesses in the field of construction
Bachelor Degree in Project Management
Working experiences in the real estate sector is a plus.
Experiences and degrees in financial management / project management / project development.

Specific job skills

Basic knowledge about investment, finance, accounting, law and related procedure of investment, real estate and business law
In-depth knowledge about project planning & management including strategic planning, allocating resources primarily, risk analyzing, project management both finance and personnel.
Knowledge of team leadership, and coordination of work and resources
Good English
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS project ...
