Planning Director (Openning for Expat)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Planning Director (Open Expart, $4000, ID13609):

• Managing and operating all activities at the Factory including making production plans, and implementing production plans.
• Research and search for new technical solutions to be applied in production and improve product quality.
• Plan employee training according to the technology process.
• Develop production standards; personnel standards for each department, each level to ensure efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
• Advise the Board of Directors, develop a comprehensive development strategy for the factory and propose an improvement plan to upgrade equipment and machinery.
• Report work to the Board of Directors of the Company and perform other related tasks under the direction of the General Director.

• Male/ Female; Age: 35-45 years old
• Graduated from university majoring in business administration, economics, or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in companies in the wood, and furniture industry...
• Fluent in Chinese or English
• Good use of technical software
