Planning Manager - Manufacturing

The incumbent will take main responsibilities as below:
- Continuously find and assess better methods, processes, and procedures aimed at enhancing plant efficiency and lowering production costs associated with mis-assortment, obsolete materials, and capacity constraints.
- Take the lead in developing the plant&039;s capacity plan.
- Be responsible for creating and monitoring quarterly/monthly/weekly production and material planning in order to meet customer demands.
- Maintain communication with the production team about capacity and production status.
- Use development plans, performance evaluations, and directives, manage and develop the department&039;s staff.
- Oversee and manage material supplies to maintain continuous manufacturing.
- Work with Production Planning and Production Departments to meet production planning needs in order to provide service.
- Monitor orders vs capacity to minimize overproduction or underproduction.

- English proficiency
- Ability to foster collaboration in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Leadership ability
- A bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, or similar majors
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing organization as Planning Manager
