Planning Manager

1.Information management planning and project development:
•Establish and monitor the overall project development plan
•Coordinate, provide project information and company policy for the Research and Development Department to prepare and update the feasibility studies (FS), business plans (BP) for the project.
•Implement the plan and participate in the search and reception of new projects
•Control and advise the company on the implementation and adjustment of FS / BPs and development plans to help ensure the project's investment efficiency
•Control and advise policies and orientations in the basic design stages and sales marketing
2.Plan management
•Manage and appraise information of the Company's 3-year plan
•Directly participate in the overall planning of projects, company general plans and other presentation materials during the preparation, meeting and approval of annual plans
•Deploy company plans for functional departments to make detailed work plans annually
•Collect, archive plans and periodic reports of departments and prepare general reports on the implementation, control and evaluation of the implementation of the 3-year plan, 3-year plan
3.Monitoring and reporting on periodical plans for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years
•Quarterly report of project’s FS/BP
•Quarterly report of general project development
•Quarterly report of controlling and evaluation the implementation of the annual plan
•Annual report of 3-year implementing plan

1.Qualification:
oUniversity degree in Construction / Architecture / Economics / Master of Business Administration
oProficient in office software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email ...
2.Working Experience:
o8 - 10 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years in planning for large businesses in the field of construction, real estate, financial management investment or other similar fields.
3.Functional Competency
oAbility to analyze, evaluate and determine the level of risk in planning work
oResearch skills, analysis and information synthesis to support decision making
oAbility to think about investment and business development of the Company
oProject management skills, human resource management
oProficient use of database management software and information presentation such as Microsoft Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, ...
oGood English
oIn-depth knowledge about project planning, investment and management
oBasic knowledge about finance and accounting
oBasic knowledge about law and related procedure of investment, real estate and business law
oMaster the principles of investment management and project management including strategic planning, allocating resources primarily including finance and personnel.
oKnowledge of team leadership, and coordination of work and resources
