Planning Officer

Job Summary: Execute the planning activities to support the Commercial Team. Implement and advise the country Planning strategy, systems, processes, and projects within the Planning function to achieve the short and long term financial and operating objectives of the country.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning Systems – Execute the systems and structures for maintaining and developing master data, forecasting, purchase requests, inventory optimization solution & management procedures in a structured and uniform way in country and across Asia Pacific.
Planning Projects – Be member of project (if assigned) and advise functional projects from requirement gathering through approval request writing to implementation and follow up in close collaboration with relevant country and Asia Pacific resources to ensure that projects are planned and executed with due consideration to quality, costs, timing, and safety.
Planning Strategy – Implement & Execute the Planning strategy and action plans in close collaboration with Planning Manager, Supply Chain Managers, Commercial Director, Country.
Planning Processes –Implement & Execute the whole planning processes to maximize the inventory efficiency optimization.

Working experience in the chemicals industry an advantage
Relevant Bachelors or Masters Degree and/or MBA
Age: 25+
2+ years of working experience within Planning/ Supply Chain.
Working experience in an international environment and advantage
