***Job description:
1. Compile Sales Forecast obtained from sales group and prepare data needed to run Materials Requirement Planning System.
2. Run Materials Requirement Planning System and print corresponding report that shows inventory status per material.
3. Prepare Purchase Order necessary for materials that fell below the sufficient inventory to sustain the business.
4. Evaluate unforecasted orders from customer for its availability
5. Communicate information provided by warehouse for any damaged material coming from receiving and stored in the warehouse.
6. Conduct regular review of inventory with business especially on the aspect of overstaying and monitoring action plan gathered from business.
7. Prepare buying forecast as requested by principals.
8. Analyze supplies’ shipping and work with suppliers to ensure the shipping is on time.
9. Co-ordinate with Customer Services, Planning, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure that deliveries are made on time and in full.
10. Knowledge of customs declaration is plus

- Education: Graduated from Economic University
- Good command of English
- Computer literate
- Job-related Experience: 2-3 years
*Working conditions: Good office environment
*8:00am to 17:30pm (Monday to Friday)
