Planning Supervisor (VSIP Bac Ninh)

-Know how to use SAP and WMS to create shipment, issue delivery document / Invoice and solve problems during the process.
-Train new staff.
-Be responsible for the activities/ operations of warehouse operations to comply with SOPs and to meet the established targets, KPIs.
-To manage the daily dispatch plan to ensure completion of orders processed on time and invoices issued promptly and correctly to meet customer service requirements.
-Track the administration and office expenses to control the cost within the set budget.
-Manage the performance and KPI reports of BNDC.
-Coordinate with VCM KPI management team to define the exact data of DC performance.
-Closely supervise the daily performance of the members of Invoicing & Admin section to ensure smooth work and accurate, effective results.
-Coordinate with other internal sections (WH, Transport, SH&E, IT, etc.) to perform the tasks of the DC smoothly and promptly, in accordance with the policies and SOPs.
-Asist as a substitute for other key staff of BNDC in the management and handling of the assigned tasks, if necessary and under the request of DC Manager.
