** * Job Characteristics
• Top Level position in a Small sized plant. Responsible to manage the manufacturing engineering, logistics, SHE, TPM, Quality, project management and production operations. Oversees the plans, designs and maintenance of the manufacturing facility. Manages the operations of all production departments in the plant directly and/or through first-level managers and/or supervisors. Ensures production meets the goals of product quality, cost effectiveness, safe conditions and customer satisfaction.
• Independence Level/Reports to: Typically supervises three to six exempt managers and/or supervisors and up to 30 indirect reports. Selects, trains, motivates, promotes, and disciplines staff based on company policy. Normally reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

• Be responsible as the site Project Coordinator of the new VN Plant.
• Be responsible for the plant and manufacturing chain management (e.g. production, quality etc.) for the company.
***Main Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating Vendors , Engineering team, Project Management team in order to ensure all the construction / Installation of the civil and equipment in the plant are done in time and meet the given standard.
• Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards
• Set, and monitor the performance of the plant against, standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and administration efficiency, cost control, sales revenue, legal compliance, and human resource management
• Lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities of plant to achieve the short and medium-term financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate business plan.
• Responsible for activities such as (but not limited to) maintenance, manufacturing, quality control, engineering, supply and logistics, distribution, TPM (total productive management), and administration.
• Allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of functional and operational managers or other professionals (for example in human resources, finance, production, maintenance) to ensure that the plant meets it&039;s established targets and standards.
• Develop and implement a variety of operating policies and procedures (in conjunction with corporate subject matter experts) to ensure that the plant meets it current and future production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain a streamline communication with the key stakeholder in new VN Plant project.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the plant&039;s production capabilities.
