• You may from time to time be assigned tasks by your superior that may not directly related to present aforesaid job scope but related to other affiliated companies. In so doing you are learning to multi-task yourself.
• Ensure discipline and Company policy are strictly adhered to by everyone in the entire organization. Enforce and execute disciplinary action for anyone who is found to have bad conduct (e.g. stealing and harassment of employees, etc.).
• Always treat customers as the number one priority and always dedicate time for it.
• Perform and comply all the mandatory requirements as required by Vietnamese Government protocol.
• Work together with relevant team members to achieve the profitability targets of your division as well as the whole Company.
• Be a role model of ownership (ROFO) and encourage others to take ownership in whatever they do.
• Total and sole ownership of the success and failures of the operations results and develop on-time corrective measures for all the shortfalls.
• Develop and execute Production strategies linking with Sales strategies that will go in line with corporate strategy.
• Partner with strategic partners to develop manufacturing processes and products that fit the market needs.
• Attend and present results (if necessary) at all monthly Top Executive meetings (TEM) and any meetings called upon by the superiors.
• Motivate, coach and drive the entire operations team to achieve not only existing KPIs but also the annual Divisional budgets.
• Ensure that the organization is continuously fulfilling customer satisfaction in terms of Quality, Delivery, Cost and Service.
• Engage customers well and ensure their needs and requirements (e.g. delivery and quality complaints) are fulfilled always on- time.
• Actively support Sales to build and maintain strong, long-lasting (existing) strategic customer relationships and continuously expand the customer base.

• Good knowledge and experience in plastic injection molding processes.
• Aged between 45 – 60 years old
• Good knowledge and experience in Beverage Packaging production (Preform, Closure and Blowing) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
• At least 10 years’ experience in factory production management.
• Good skills in people management, communication, planning and organizing.
• Good command of writing and spoken English
• Male or Female
