To ensure the completeness and effectiveness of Platform activities, including:
- Ensure the proper implementation of platform functions, objectives, strategies and working plans
- Ensure the proper implementation of relevant regulations and internal operating procedures which are applicable for supply chain / logistics in platform
control the operation cost & performance of platforms, including 3PL performance
ROLES
- Functionally report to HoD Logistic & Supply Chain Director and inform to other relevant people the deviations found out in the platform and suggest the corrections
- Coordinate with QA, Purchasing, 3PL and other relevant people to achieve the success of the above mission statement
- Manage MM platform(s) and relative 3PL(s) activities
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Develop Platform’s strategy, plan and measures
- Set up & ensure the reliability for:
- Commit to self-development and enrichment of the knowledge and skills by planning and attending agreed training courses
- Recruit, train and develop platform team
- Periodically report to Head of Logistic & Warehouse about platform activity and immediately report any issue that needs to be solve quickly.
- Cooperate with QA-HO and relevant people to review and update regularly standard operating procedure, work instruction to assure the feasibility and correctness of the documents
- Cooperate with MM’s store and HO platform coordinator in goods return, order consolidation, goods exchange, urgent orders …
- Analyze Platform report/ record to evaluate the effectiveness, find out the risk of deviation, potential incident … and seek for improvement within platform activities & structure
- Platform daily schedule,
- Discuss with responsible persons all deviations or complaints related to platform. Follow up the corrective and preventive actions which have been taken accordingly.
- Supervise most timely and economical fulfillment of daily transports
- Platform operations: goods receiving & delivery, goods processing & packaging, inventory, incident handling …
- Platform reporting & documents: receiving & delivery note, inventory records, incident report, shrinkage report, discrepancy report …
- Cooperate with QA in quality issues
- Establish standard operating procedure & work instruction which are used within Platform
