Mô tả công việc

The PMO Project Manager oversees the full project management life cycle and software development life cycle for the implementation of highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives.
Implementing established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the program
Supervising and leading the program and project staff to oversee the impacts and interdependencies between programs and working to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the executive leadership team
Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues
Provide training in project management and the applied project tools to team members
Track and ensure resource availability, allocation and optimization (in case of limited resources) for all on-progress projects.
Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules and members.
Conduct internal audit to detect risks/issues before starting a project and while project running
Work with business partners in prioritizing project works & coordinating product roadmap development in order to achieve the ultimate objectives of products/projects.
Know how to manage work, teams, clients and reporting in structure of Agile/Scrum Development Frameworks
Responsible to assist team for skill development & enhancement
Willing to work 2-3 US hours per day (with additional benefits)

Yêu cầu công việc

Excellent English fluency in listening, speaking, reading, writing skills
At least 5 years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager in an IT company.
At least 2 years of experience as a project team leader in an Agile software development environment.
Strong technical background is required
Demonstrable experience at a senior level within a PMO function and handling multiple technical projects at the same period of time.
Strong in negotiation, complex problem solving, problem sensitivity, time management, management of personnel resources.
Be punctual, committed & trustable person
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations efficiently in timely fashion.
