PMO Senior Officer

1. Supervising projects:
• Monitor and supervise projects to strictly follow up the progress / status of each project, identify key risks / challenges and promptly report to PMO Manager.
• Ensure compliance with the input of key information into format on the system
• Develop an early warning system to identify potential risks
• Develop a methodology for financial valuation
• Collaborate with the Project Managers and relevant departments to change / improve the status of the projects and resolve issues as required to ensure project goals.
2. Coordinating:
• Support quality control and standardization of format on the system
• Consolidation with with the PMO Manager about performance assessment / KPIs to follow up and supervise
• Initial preparation for new projects such as providing forms, developing a project start-up sheet to set up a working plan
3. Administration / reporting / tools and data:
• Ensure the implementation of the management model is implemented (BOM meeting, Program board meeting, periodically meeting)
• Ensure administrative work is carried out for meetings (meeting minutes at the request of CEO and PMO Manager)
• Monitor the preparation and updates of the periodically report
• Summarize the main contents such as progress, challenges, and contents to be reported.
4. Other tasks as assignment from PMO manager

• Good command of English (verbal and written);
• Strong experience (about 3 -5 years) in project coordination in financial and banking field
• Excellent team spirit, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Responsible, result-oriented, able to work under high pressure and on multiple tasks;
