Take accountability of product roadmap with concrete milestones, dependence agreed and commited by all relevant stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Product manager and UX to understand objective of each phase and turn them into detailed user stories/ features/ tasks that fit into i sprint

Business and Product analysis, Create and communicate the Product Backlog and keep it well organized. Maintain it updated and by collaborating with the Scrum Team keep it groomed to allow the team estimatiions (Ensure that backlog keeps DEEP property)
Good prioritization and analytical thinking skills, able to negotiate with stakeholders, and constantly making trade-offs using qualitative and quantiative data/ absent data
Good problem-solving skills, wel-structured written and verbal communication
Good English (Reading, Listening)
Create good User Stories following the INVEST priciple . That includes but not limited to wireframes, data flows, or any other mateial needed to transfer the requirements. The users Stories must have good description taking into account the assumptions, restrictions, and scenarios of the fetures. Define Acceptance Criteria and verify that they are met
Results oriented, strong ownership of your work and will do everything as needed to get the work done
