Mô tả công việc



  • Responsible for engineering, design (using AutoCAD), of the Power MV/HV substation and MV/HV transmission lines and Power Plant.

  • Conduct the Pre-Feasibility study, Feasibility study and Preliminary design including; prepare the technical specifications and design drawings of Substation & transmission lines and Power Plant.

  • Review HV substation & transmission lines, power component inside the Power Plant, engineering designs, modeling, and performance data, and provide engineering support during the construction process.

  • Project management & Construction supervision for Power Plant

  • Review Bill of Quantity (BOQ), costs of Power system components and total investment cost.

  • Manage partner consultants to obtain assessments of site condition, topographical & geotechnical considerations, interconnection issues and to identify the required approvals from Authorities and supervise the administrative procedure process.

  • Collaborate with other consultants in the department, in related energy topics (energy efficiency, energy audit, etc.) whenever necessary.

  • Prepare high-quality reporting, with support from a PA


Yêu cầu công việc



  • Basic education: Power Engineer or equivalent    

  • Experience: +5 years  Skills: 

  • Engineering degree in Industrial Electrical, Power, or Equivalent 

  • Strong knowledge in Electrical engineering and Power engineering 

  • 5+ years of commercial Power Plant (Hydro, wind, solar or thermal Power Plant), Design / Construction and commissioning 

  • Good working knowledge of standard utility process for interconnection approval and design requirements

  • Strong AutoCAD skills (2D architectural and electrical plans) and knowledge, able to fully produce drawings for projects

  • Strong communication, presentation and project management skills 

  • English speaking required (and Vietnamese); French is a plus

  • Having experience in civil works is a plus 

  • Skills required: project management, autonomy, communication, report writing

  • Willing to work and involve in Project Management and Construction Supervision in remote area

  • Need to have following certificates:



  1. Electrical equipment supervision Certificate: Level 1 or Level 2. 

  2.  Project management.
