PPM Manager (Physical Plant Maintenance Manager) _ Hitech

Provide technical guidance to employee, colleague and/or customer
Develop, administers budgets, schedules, performance standards
Build-up preventive maintenance master plan for utility equipments such as Chiller system, Boiler system, VRV system, Process cooling tower system, compressed-air system, ventilation system, Plumbing Pump system,...and to make sure all machines are implemented.
Understanding process maintenance for facilities: Building, power, Water treatment, air compressor
Be responsible Operate, Repair, Maintenance Utility equipment and building (Transformer, power generator, water supply, waste water treatment, Steam Boilers, air compressors, HAVC system, center Ice & chilled water, fire fighting, building tasks)
Establish & maintain the Total Productivity Maintenance program (TPM)
Develop and manage a qualified team & process to maintain all equipment and facility in a safe and efficient working condition.
Design, quote and execute facility improvement project. Develop long term facility layout and equipment plan for maximum efficiency and capacity.
Maintain and combined with supplier of Utility equipment for urgent cases and warranties policy.
Direct daily work of maintenance team to provide effective production support in the form TPM program.
Be responsible for both Facility of plant and all machines & Equipment.
Having knowledge about Middle/low voltage system, AHU, DHU, Air compressor, water treatment (DI)

Experienced in setting up facilities, operating and maintaining new factories
Bonus: quarter base on performance
Over 10 years experience in this field.
Bachelor: Education: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical - Electronics field.
Salary: Negotiable
