PR And Biz Planning Staff

•Biz planning task
-Analyze business data in order to make periodic reports and drafting business plan;
-Summary, analyze and report business data periodically;
-Synthesize and prepare business reports periodically and irregularly according to the request of superiors.
-Synthesize weekly maritime market information and others related work;
-Analyze market trend and the factors affect to the business operations of the company;
-Collect customer information and build customer database;
•Public relation task
-Welcome & work with delegations/ customers to visit TCIT;
-Write news and articles; create video clips and advertising publication;
-Manage website, update information & photos on the website;
-Organize events and advertising campaign of TCIT;
-Photograph the events and business activities to make marketing material;

•Experience: all levels;
•Age: 22 – 35;
•Major: Bachelor of Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent;
•English: IELTS 6.0 – TOEIC 750 or above, good writing & speaking skill;
•Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and Power Point) are highly required;
•Good at communication, negotiation, teamwork and presentation skills;
•Ability to convince customers; analyze and synthesize data;
•Knowledge of marketing, logistics and port operation;
•Thorough understanding of laws relating to import and export procedures, international shipping, domestic shipping, customs, taxes and maritime charges;
•Having photography skill is an advantage.
* Working location: Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province and/ or HCMC
* Working time: From Monday – Friday.
