MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• To maximize public visibility of ZHBSH to Vietnamese end-consumers, local media and other external stakeholders
• To handle end consumer communication via local social media channels including booking requests
• To create content and material for distribution to targeted media channels (traditional print, online, social media)
• To proactively drive media exposure and handle all press enquiries
• To create maximum awareness of ZHBSH in Vietnam through strategic Communication, PR and Marketing initiatives

• Externally: Key media personnel, editors, journalists, influencers, public figures, PR agencies, graphic design agencies, web design agencies and similar business partners globally, social media platforms, blogs and any other related channels, persons or related tools
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
PR & Communication
• Organizing local press & media events for ZHBSH
• Guarding the Zannier Hotels brand image and identity, ensuring the standards are adhered to internally and externally
• Under guidance, developing a local media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in relevant print and online media
• Managing relationships with editors, graphic designers, web designers and staff of key media
• Compiling an annual PR and Communications expense budget for the local market and operate within this annual cost framework
• Evaluating opportunities for partnerships and advertising on an on-going basis
• Managing media enquiries and interview requests
• Compiling press clippings and distributing them internally on monthly basis
• Nurturing a strong industry network
• Translating relevant content provided by HQ into Vietnamese for distribution
• Building and managing a database of relevant local media and journalists, leveraging existing relationships
• Producing regular newsletters and mailings to Vietnamese end consumers
• Producing, reviewing and editing all Vietnamese collateral/ text material/marketing tools for the ZHSBH
• Creation and distribution of press releases, news content and mailings, based on guidance given by the Senior Sales Manager APAC, the Director of Sales and Marketing and the PR Manager
• Organizing press trips to the properties (individual and group), proactively and reactively
• Handling requests by local TV stations, including hosting in the resort
Social Media
• Any additional social media handling as required
• Forming key relationships with local influencers across the social media platforms
• Actively targeting the local social media community and creating possibilities for suitable exposure of ZHBSH
• Pro-actively and re-actively handling coordinating requests, invitations and stays of influencers and other public figures
• Managing interactive social media (messages, reviews, etc.) with the local market
