PR Specialist - Ho Chi Minh

• Handle local media questions on routine topics within a given procurement and communication crisis as well as customer’s complaints under leader’s/ manager’s guidance
• Take part in implementation of overall PR strategy & plan from Headquarter & local directions
• Build and maintain professional contact management towards the decision-makers and journalists, publishers and PR agencies
• Be responsible for PR content planning (PR story), production, detailed execution and performance during campaigns, directly report and ensure every key learning be well improved in next campaigns
• Organize and manage media events: planning and handling press conferences, media trips, media visits etc.
• Be responsible for PR plan and implementation of specific product campaigns in order to support to solve business objectives; manage PR product line’s given budget
• Support in other Marketing campaigns on demand
• Together with whole PR team to manage the company&039;s reputation via planning, developing and implementing specific local PR activities and programs

• Communicative, well-structured personality
• Deep understanding of concept of PR profession (PR article and related copywriting capacity)
• Persistent, performance-driven and solution-oriented
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience at the relevant position
• Highly trustworthy and energetic, proactive and enthusiastic
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Marketing, Journalism, Language
• Good planning, time management skills; skills required to handle office works
• Working independently as well as great team player; can work under high pressure.
• Fluent in English (full oral and written command)
