The Preventive Maintenance Planner is responsible for effectively handling the Maintenance program/ activities for a whole factory, developing collaborative partnerships with CP colleagues. They must deliver the agreed to business results while maintaining positive employee relations. The primary accountabilities of the role include daily maintenance control, customer service, area financial performance, Quality, EHS, Labor Relations, people and team development.
The Preventive Maintenance Planner is a valuable member of the Focus Factory management team, to ensure delivery of subsidiary business results in their area. The Preventive Maintenance Planner works within a structure that requires considerable collaborate with Focus Factory production and Planning. Detailed duties areas below:
* Provide technical advice to Production.
* Supervises all activities related to maintenance, repair, overhaul, trouble-shooting, and installation of factory equipment and production line set-ups for product changes and building related as well.
* Design and supervise an effective and economically supported preventive maintenance.
* Maintains specifications, parameters, and procedures for equipment which are consistent with Quality and EHS Standards
* Work scheduling by priority.
* Report on maintenance performance versus goals.
* Identify chronic and costly equipment problems.
* Coordinate for vibration and other predictive analysis.
* Keep up-to-date maintenance records in SAP PM.
* Implement the standards of Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) within the teams, with focused emphasis in regard to People Capability, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Continuous improvement, Production Planning.
* Ensure maintainability of new installations.
* Perform inspection (prior to and after) maintenance of machine adjustment systems, replacement parts, overhaul parts, etc., for critical equipment.
* Ensure accurate operation and care of equipment.
* Ensure employee safety from unsafe equipment conditions and equipment protection from environmental conditions.
* Maintain and analyze equipment data and history records to predict maintenance optimization.
Additional responsibilities may be added as below:
* Collaborates closely with the company Operational Excellence coordinators to implement all as required.
* Provides guidance and training to plant operations to foster asset utilization. Trains line operators & technicians in operational and mechanical diagnosis, routine repairs and safety systems.
