Preventive Maintenance Superintendent

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
- Work location: Insee Factory - Kien Giang
MAIN DUTIES:
Maintenance activity control
Ensure analysis and elimination of repetitive problems through root cause analysis (SOLVE, FMEA) for every single equipment
Control execution of periodical maintenance activities
Assess critical equipment condition and lifetime of wear parts to order spares
Lead to perform equipment improvement
Closely control maintenance KPIs to develop action plan for equipment avaiaibilty improvement
Control resources and progress to ensure effective maintenance activities
Equipment improvement and optimization
Involve in performance improvement projects (CAPEX)
Propose Capex list
Plan, execute and control plant shutdown safely and effectively
Apply best practice to improve and upgrade equipment
Maintenance cost control
Develop maintenance budget
Optimize shutdown cost
Utilize resources and control contractors
Control and optimize maintenance materials and spare parts at reasonable rate
Develop maintenance cost improvement plan
People development
Propose succession plan of group to Manager
Participate in and facilitate subordinates to attend training courses
Monitor staff performance, motivate and recognize good / poor performers in time
Define competencies and training plan for group
Provide technical training for department’s staffs and other departments (if required)
Develop KPIs for group

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Computer skills: MS office, MS Project, Auto CAD
Capability to communicate fluently in English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
Diploma in mechanical / electrical engineering or above
Knowledge in SAP, MAC, Vibration Analysis, Industrial lubrication
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years working in cement industry or heavy industry
Gear drive and bearing experience.
Understand on lubrication subject. (Application, oil contamination analysis, etc).
Fluently handle all condition monitoring tools. (Vibration collector, thermal-camera or thermalmeter, dynamic balancing kit .etc.).
At least 3 years working in maintenance management position
Experience on balancing the rotating machinery in cement industry.
Non-destructive testing (NDT) knowledge and its application in cement industry
