Pricing Cum Sales Supporter (Korean Logistics Company)

-Check buying rate with overseas agents, local subcontractors then give advice to sales team
-Assist sales team with preparation of quotation and rate request
-Answer all queries from sales team
-Follow up on client’s interactions.
-Take ownership of complaint and queries of the clients and proactively following through to resolution
-Official announcement for promotion (such as policy change, new regulations on license, C/O, C/Q…)
-Assist the Management and Team Manager with any sales-related task if required.
-Prepare sales contracts/proposals based on approved proposals and ensuring all external proposals are accompanied by our standard terms & conditions of carriage & credit.
-Actively engage with the operation and other departments in defining and documenting standard operating procedures for specific contracts as a part of the negotiation process.
-Ensure all appropriate contract records (system files and hard copy) are maintained, updated and renewals initiated well in time before the expiring of the contract/proposal
-Compile Sales Reports for the Management on pre-defined basis.
-Supporting managers & internal departments on daily activities
-Other tasks will be assigned by Manager/ Supervisor

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with major in business administration/Freight forwarding/ Logistics
-Female/ below 30 years old.
-2 years experiences at the same position in forwarding & logistics company (Fresh graduates are accepted with knowledge of incoterm, fast learner with good communication & interpersonal skills)
-Knowledge of both Air & Sea Cargo, Inco-term, Customs and Carriers procedure are preferred
-Good at English verbal & written communication skills
-Good computer skills & knowledge in MS- office
-Dynamic, aggressive, responsible & dedicated personality
-Good presentation, persuasion & negotiation skills
-Adaptability and flexibility, multi-tasking skills
