Process Engineer in CNC Machine

Manufacturing Process Engineering Management Functions
NPD project involvement to track the open items, samples commitments and deliveries
Initiate, execute and close Kaizen and Lean projects, including automation projects
Machine and capacity installation tracking and reporting
Detail-orientated and capable to follow each manufacturing processes closely during sample making (experience in New Product Development, NPD)
Conduct manufacturing process risk assessment and provide effective and efficient risk mitigation plan to avoid and prevent product failures
Documentation preparation such as Process Control Plan (PCP) and Process Work Instructions (PWI)
Conduct suppliers’ assessment, new and current, reporting
Mass production output DPPM analysis and product yield tracking and reporting
Operations Management Functions
Supplier resources turnover rate & recruitment management
Production bottleneck processes tracking and resolution
Outsource supplier overall performance tracking

Good English speaking and written proficiency is a MUST.
Experience in managing machining production efficiency and attainment is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering with at least 3 years of manufacturing processes
Strong mechanical knowledge, GT&T, metrology, design and process FMEA/ FMECA, and CNC machining processes background (experience in heat treat is preferred/ added advantage)
