Process Engineer (Kỹ Sư Quy Trình)

Position Overview

The Process Engineer shall supervise and evaluate all operations of process engineering and follow up work schedules and procedures of all activities of Production Department.

Job Functions

Lead the training program for workers; audit and supervise the manufacturing process to ensure that operators follow strictly work instruction, standard manufacturing procedure, quality control procedure;
Report all issues; implement plans from the Operation Manager.
Perform product audit to secure that all technical and quality requirements on the product are fulfilled.
Support manufacturing on continuous improvement activities such as productivity, yield, quality, product, cost and HSE (Hygiene, Safety, Environment);
Review and improve Autonomous maintenance (AM) and Preventive maintenance (PM)
Start up and monitor Continuous Process Improvements (CIP) to achieve cost, quality and volume target
Support and supervise the whole production process.
Support manufacturing on engineering or technical issues;

Flexible, logical, practical and independent.
Strong understanding product related in boiler, pellet mill and assembly.
University degree in Mechanical Engineer/ Control Engineering/ Automation Engineer/ Industrial Engineer /Food technical / or a related field.
1-3 years&039; experience in engineering field.
Strong creative/ artistic flair, engineering aptitude and leadership skill.
Systematic approach and excellent technical management skill.
Written and spoken English.
Office computer (Autocad is an advantage).

Have strong sense of initiation, innovation, analysis, urgency and pressure tolerance.
Have ability to work independently and in a team environment and ability to manage and prioritize a challenging workload.
Have good training skill.
Flexible, logical, practical and independent.

Working time: 08:00-17:00 (Monday - Saturday)
