Process Engineer

* Key Responsibilities
* Job Purpose: Responsible for process development, process control and process improvement of welding products processing technology. Responsibility includes process development such as welding/performance testing/assembly, product trial production verification, production data collection and analysis, failure analysis and prevention, production efficiency and capacity improvement, etc.\
* Reports to: PIE Manager
- Responsible for welding product processing process development, trial production verification and process management, including welding/performance testing/assembly process design and fabrication of fixtures, product trial production verification, process standard formulation and optimization;
- Responsible for the analysis of the causes of product quality problems in the process, formulating corrective and preventive measures for process problems, and eliminating the recurrence of similar problems.
- Use IE methods and tools to guide workshops to implement on-site improvement projects, promote standardization and continuous improvement of production processes, and promote regional production efficiency;

* Requisite Criteria
- Received lean manufacturing or 6sigma system training, in-depth understanding and practical experience of lean manufacturing tools and methods;
- Good inter-departmental and cross-departmental coordination and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, etc.
- College degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical automation or industrial engineering, more than 5 years relevant work experience;
- English communication skills, positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and certain ability to withstand stress;
