Process Engineer (Transportation Process)

Process owner of Transportation & Slitting process (55%)

Monitor and improve process performance
Identify and solve process issue (quality risk, output loss…) by quality tool (FMEA, Instruction...)
Problem solving using systematic tools

Guarantee compliance to safety, environment and working conditions guidelines (5%)

Assure operators and technicians are trained as updated Work Instruction
Safety line walk at process and define action to improve

Machine and equipment (MAE) involvement: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and line release (15%)

Make status report about project progress and and release report
Support machine installation, start up and running of production processes and MAE release.

Play your role in fulfilling department KPIs (20%)

Activity to gain Customer satisfaction
OEE, reject rate, productivity…
Cost control and find cost-saving opportunity

Tracking and maintaining BPS (Bosch Production System) (5%)

Find solution for a better BPS concept
Deploy BPS principles to process area

EDUCATION BACKGROUN & WORK EXPERIENCES

Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering (major in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
3-4 years in an industrial manufacturing plant
Coding (PLC, C+ or database program) ability will be a plus
