Process Engineering

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsible for accurate, timely PFC generated to BOL at all stages.
Responsible for process standardization, efficiency and optimization.
Plan, run and track sample trials; ensure trials and PFC are aligned; give feedback/suggestion/solutions to Development and Engineering team after trials for improvement.
Responsible for training, coaching, guiding team for process engineering excellent.
Responsible for technical problem prevention and solving from initial pattern trial to FSR.
Responsible for tech package transferring from development to mass production.
Tasks
Create PFC and BOL at all stages.
Plan, run and track sample trials; ensure trials and PFC are aligned; give feedback/suggestion/solutions to Development and Engineering team after trials &039;4. Through trials, collect result and data to setup standards for process details and equipment conditions including all sub-process, computer stitching and manufacturing tools. improvement.
Transfer tech package to mass production; support mass production in problem solving.
Building up PFC by making out drawing and standard production flow including description. Support team member in PFC building up; Ensure PFC is updated on PCX system; Finalize PFC and track PFC approval process.
Enhance team&039;s technical capability through training and coaching fresh and junior engineers. Collect, analyze and share best practices in pattern making and trial running in order to help team learn from experience and prevent problems.
Intergrate and septup process & standards of automation equipment.
Manage trials for both internal and external product transfer process.
Lead the trial meetings with respective depts; analyze feature on new pattern and tooling construction in order to provide feedback/suggestion to smooth both trials and mass production.
Find out and facilitate improvement opportunities.
Join in building an active and positvie safety culture in organization.

- Experience: At least 2 years working in relevant position in footwear industries.
- Education: College and above in shoe technology or relevant majors.
*Knowledge:
- Costing (CBD) understanding.
- Pattern development.
- Tooling development and manufacturing.
- PFC understanding.
- Shoe development and manufacturing processes.
- Nike footwear development and manufacturing best practices.

- The wage agreements in interview.
- Insurance and Paid-leaves as required by Labor Law.
- Able to work in an active and professional working environment
