Process Manager (Injection Molding)

Set up and maintain tooling/machine for injection molding production.
Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process.
Drive Continuous Improvement to quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality, and service.
Develop and implement systems that optimize all production line and all phases of production process.
Supervise, coordinate and optimize the processing and engineering functions related to production.
Lead the Test, Test Instruction, the preparation and the delivery of Work Instruction
Lead in ERP (Engineering Pilot Run) and be responsible for delivering and reporting on ERP
Manage and maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiency, yields, costs and changeovers.
Evaluate and improve on processes, evaluate suggestion of improvement/change in manufacturing systems.
Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards

University Degree
At least 5 years in electronic manufacturing
Electronic Manufacturing, mold and injection molding process
Good in English
Aware of Lean & Six Sigma
