RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
RBVH has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Responsibilities
+ Leverage technical expert teams / functions to look out for opportunities for improvements in the QMS (either steering CoP, Solution circles, being active member of this group)
+ Processes are compliant with Bosch CDs, Standards, and applicable regulatory procedures
+ Participate in gap analysis of existing procedures /guidelines etc for changing needs due to Internal regulation (Bosch CD) update / Standards update / Audit Finding / Business needs and update the same
+ Responsible for review and approval of Alternate Practice/ Waiver in the respective process area
+ To ensure state of the art methods and Process Innovation is driven as a culture in the organization
+ Interface with customer Process Owners / Experts to share and learn best practices
+ Organize CCB meeting and tracking status
+ Create/Update/ Review / Sign-off training material developed for the process and ensure alignment of the content with regarding to internal regulation (Bosch CDs)
+ Serve as single point of contact by providing direction and proposing solution for queries incoming from delivery teams / EPQ community (Change management T&R)
+ Quality data analysis and release quality related data/reports
+ Structured and Defined process ensuring continuous delivery of Products / SW in adherence to standards / frameworks
+ Partner internally with EPG group for supporting QM activities (Ex: Roll out preparation, Internal QMS compliance, etc.)
+ Drive decisions to enable changes in the respective process area
+ Project management tool operation: requirement analysis, CR handling, tool admin function support, UAT, integration testing, tool training – in alignment with process change and business need.
+ Responsible for defining, maintaining, and improving overall quality and efficiency of processes in the QMS
+ Maintain QMM MSR/QIP database, repository folders, process database
