Procurement And Sourcing (Assistant Manager)

Plan, direct, and monitor all purchasing activities so that the goods, materials, supplies buys meet its standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.
Material Cost/Quality/Delivery analysis & management.
Manage supplier performance to catch up company target.
Supervise and develop a team of procurement staff to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met
Find and searching potential material manufacturers, suppliers domestically and overseas. Especially, manufacturers and suppliers in the field of antenna, wireless devices.
Implement and manage change in supply network.
Working with production department for checking quality situation of purchased materials.
Liaise with suppliers and negotiate for purchases to obtain optimum quality, price, and terms (best value for money and time)
Manage supplier relationship and their performance against KPIs.
Material developing, sourcing and procurement process.

Yêu cầu công việc

University Degree or higher .
Strong knowledge of raw material, electronics products.
Strong knowledge of procurement cost management; familiar with making Cost management Table.
Having experience in developing, sourcing, procurement material.
Having at least 5 years experiences in procurement field.
Good communication skill(Korean preferred/English is option)
Proficient in MS Office computer skills (especially Excel)
Strong knowledge of BOM. Use software SAP, ERP
