Safety
• Ensure safety is a first agenda item work schedule.
• Apply, deploy all the regulations on company’ s HSE, code of conduct in all cases, business contracts
• Initiate actions to improve health and safety within area of responsibility.
• Ensure at all times adhere to occupational health & safety policy, health and safety procedures and legislative requirements
Process
• Ensure the payment terms and processes and policies are followed strictly
• Conduct sourcing and procurement activities for business
• Negotiate and manage mutually agreeable contracts and master supplier agreements
• Improve continuously to cost, quality and delivery
• Collect and maintain supplier performance information from both internal and external customers to ensure the satisfaction of provided services
• Ensure adequate procedures and controls are in place to maintain the accuracy, honestly and positive of reported data, provided services and business contract
• Take initiative in problem solving on delivery and quality matters
• Evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure they are capable of producing quality products/services on time at the lowest possible cost
• Uphold all compliance requirements by ensuring that all company policies, procedures and relevant legislative requirements are adhered to
Financial
• Conduct financial analyst of prospective suppliers to ensure viability as a long -term reliable source of services and products
• Cooperate completion of all operations expense forecast, yearly budget planning as schedule
• Indentify improvements in procedures and policies that will lead to increase in productivity and efficiency or reduce in cost
• Ensure all payment term and processes are complied
• To submit accurate and timely KPI reports as required by User/Client as per deadline set.
Project
• Provide support to new project in procurement sourcing and needs.
• Assist in new project in all industries, rates review, rise & fall rate adjustments etc
People
• Deal effectively with queries in a professional, efficient and helpful manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with managers, colleagues and external contacts to work effectively and facilitate achievement business unit targets.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with Linfox policies.
Customer
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate achievements of objectives and targets.
• Deal effectively with queries from both internal and external customers.
• Identify/understand customer needs, demands and market challenges.
• Timely, accurate, quality in provided services.
• Fulfillment of customer’s distribution requirements in a manner of accuracy, timely and quality.
Reporting
• Provide the relevant information and analysis of the procurement reports to enable effective management of cost and budgetary control and effective decision making.
• To liaise with the customers to finalize procurement requirements.
Managing
• Manage all Repair & Maintenance works of nationwide:
- Coordinate with related teams to ensure Client&039;s requirements & optimize inventory.
- Maintenance work for all warehouse at all Site.
• Manage procurement work of building new warehouse and setting up new project:
- Support team members for preliminary work in order to available for any urgent works.
- Qualify Contractor and negotiate Contract conditions.
- Prepare tender documents for Bidding opening.
Support related team to solve problems related to project.
• Supervise and manage the daily tasks of Procurement Officer:
- Give solution for solving issues.
- Follow and support him/her to keep up the schedule for ensuring project timeline.
- Review price from purchasing work for: material, PPE, spare part, CCTV, toll fee, token, stationery, fire extinguish, IT equipment, MHE equipment, team building, hamper, Christmas & mid-Aug gift, health checking, first aid kid, material for covid…
• Support for tender of construction/modifying warehouse:
- Co-working with operation, commercial and supplier for Site survey.
- Understand the requirement of project and planning work need to be done for project.
- Support Tender team to find the best solution and the best price for winning project bidding.
• Conduct the Induction for new colleague.
• Buying and selling/disposal equipment at all Site: car, ute, prime mover, trailer, Combilift, spare part…
Measures of Results
• Update the sources of supplier, provider regularly and in a improvement trend
• Accuracy, quality and timely providing services/products.
• Fulfillment of customer’s distribution requirements
• Completion project requirements on time
• Accuracy and timely submitting document those are require by processes
• Operation costs are reasonable and effective
Position Challenges
• Overcome problems to bring satisfy for customer’s needs
• Stand firm for negative information, remarks
• Comply strictly with company code of conduct
• Taking high pressure in working with DCs and customers
• Highly cooperate with the other departments.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications & Experience
• Fluent in English
• Master of Business Administration. Bachelor of Engineering.
• Extensive ‘hands on’ experience in in the area of warehouse/transport/logistics operations
• Good computing skills (Microsoft Office, SAP ).
