Procurement Manager (Trưởng Bộ Phận Mua Hàng)

• Negotiation with suppliers, for the best price, quality and warrantee.
• Co-ordinate with S&OP, warehouse and operation team to arrange for cargoes come to terminal as schedule.
• Follow customs clearance form by the electronic custom system for Import Bulk/ FCL/ ISO Tank shipment. Buy insurance, follow update report
• Update and report the import costing weekly (FCL & isotank/ Vessel)
• Submit whole input documents to accountant department weekly.
• Update the FCL/Isotank report in SCD team data weekly.
• Supervise tasks of procurement team. Plan for cargoes coming, review contract, local purchase
• Prepare and make the reports regarding to Custom side/Chemical/ other
• Apply the export/import precursor license and follow up
• Perform other tasks required by line Manager

• Graduated from University with major in Procurement/ Supply chain or related field
• Fluently in English (4 skills)
• Good at office computer
• At least 5 years experiences as the same position
• Be strong in communication, problem solving skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork
• Honest, diligent, hard - working
