Procurement Specialist – Electronics (Work in Da Nang)

Job workplaces: 10B street, Hoa Khanh Industial Zone, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city
Job description:
• Request for quote to suppliers for bids; Request for quote analysis and negotiation
• Supplier performance management, QBR and improvement / corrective plan
• Work closely with Buyer to search alternate if required
• Support Global Commodity Manager to develop Global Electronics Commodity Strategy
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Coordinate with Commodity Sourcing Specialist to share tasks of Sourcing team if required.
• Complete reports and provide information in a timely manner as requested by management.
• Price management for continuous cost reduction
• Able to work with Supplier quality engineer on the 5 steps of qualification process in order to qualify the supplier on time to support the business needs.
• Work closely with the project manager to ensure the NPI and project transfer from Customer and internally
• Negotiate with Suppliers on lead time, payment terms, shipping method
• Implement Global Electronics Commodity Strategy in Asia

*Requirements:
• Energetic, commitment, drive, tenacity to achieve key object
• Fluent in English (verbal and written), fluent in Chinese is priority
• Experience in EMS is preferable
• Over 8 years work experience; at least 5 years sourcing experience for electronic parts like passive, active, PCB, connector
• Strong Project Management and Multi-tasking skills
• Education: Bachelor degree, electronic engineering background is preferable

• Work experience with Global top distributor.
• Strong Communication skill
• Knowledge of how to manage cultural differences across different regions to achieve best business result
