Product Compliance Officer (3Rd Party contract)

1.Perform testing of new models to the product compliance certification in accordance with Vietnam safety regulation
•Do communication with Business Unit Group (BU) to prepare the sample & essential technical documentation
•Prepare the sample shipment receiving, get approval of testing/compliance certification, raise Loan Borrow process to get sample
•Perform testing including pre-checking sample, handing-over sample to Test laboratory, following the test progress, getting back the sample, Test Lab on-site visit if required (@ Intermediate level between test lab with Sony BU in technical issue)
•Perform Certification application such as Type approval, DoC with Authority Agency & follow up the progress
•Report & update test/certification situation to all parties via Sony system, Authority system, mail...
•Do test/certification payment & follow up
2.Update new legislation about product safety compliance
•Follow up, search the new legislation from internal (regional compliance)/external (Authority web, Laws Office, …)
•Study new legislation impact, report and discuss with Direct Manager and regional team about action plan
•Study the safety requirement for new models (if any)
•Communicate with Business Unit (Q&A) to make clear on this
3.Support the standard document, process for "Quality Inspection Registration"
4.Support to prepare the VN sub-label format, rework guidelines as assigned by Direct Managers
5.Others (report, on-site visit, do training, system monitoring, …)
•Perform the Monthly report to Direct Manager
•Perform the Compliance Training to new staffs as assigned by Direct Manager
•Review the Validity of Compliance certification & update to related parties
•Support Direct Manager to prepare & attend the annual Internal/External Audit, Dealer surveillance

•Education: Bachelor's degree of Electronics Field or diploma or equivalent
•English: Able to communicate in business level
•Good Technical knowledge in Electronics products field
•At least 2 years of Electronics Testing/Compliance Certification job or equivalent experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Careful & fast manner
•Well organized and logical minded
